7 Brew is famous for its hyper-efficient, human-focused drive-thru model. Because of this unique operational style, traditional "order ahead" features (like you might see at Starbucks) are not always available or function differently than you might expect.
Current Mobile Ordering Status
As of the latest updates, the primary function of the app is managing your 7 Rewards, discovering the menu, and paying via a linked card or pre-loaded balance. Full mobile ordering—where you place an order at home and pick it up at a specific window—is actively being tested and rolled out selectively.
How to Check If Your Stand Supports Order Ahead
- Open the 7 Brew application and navigate to the Locations tab.
- Select your nearest stand.
- Look for an "Order" button or a specific banner indicating mobile orders are accepted.
If mobile ordering isn't available in your area yet, don't worry. The drive-thru lines move incredibly fast thanks to their outdoor order-takers, and you can still use the app to scan and pay instantly.
